Hope Automation & Controls LLC provides automation, SCADA, monitoring, control, and notification services to its customers and their authorized users.

SMS Messaging Terms

Customers and authorized users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS text messages from Hope Automation & Controls LLC through HopeSCADA or other Hope Automation services.

SMS messages are operational in nature and may include SCADA alarms, equipment alarms, high or low level alarms, pump or equipment status, system status notifications, service notifications, and other alerts configured by the customer or authorized user.

Message frequency varies based on system activity and the alarms or notifications selected by the user. During an alarm condition, multiple messages may be generated.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, the user will no longer receive SMS notifications unless they subsequently opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Availability

Hope Automation & Controls LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable monitoring and notification services. Delivery of SMS messages may depend on cellular carriers, internet connectivity, third-party communications providers, equipment operation, and other systems outside the direct control of Hope Automation & Controls LLC.

SMS notifications should not be considered the sole means of monitoring equipment or conditions where failure to receive a notification could result in injury, property damage, environmental harm, or other significant loss.

Use of personal information and mobile messaging information is governed by the Hope Automation & Controls LLC Privacy Policy available on this website.
